Who Handles my FBO Account?

The founder and president of FBO, Richard Watts, is involved in each family's matters on an ongoing basis.
You will have frequent contact with him, his associates and staff.
Periodically you will also interface with other professionals in the FBO network.
Each week, FBO holds a case management study of each family, listing, updating, evaluating and resolving family concerns. These topics are kept on a written case management folder distributed weekly to each member of FBO's team. The issues are prioritized on a daily basis to allow constant focus on the most serious and concerning family issues.
